Delivery of Gifts with Alcohol

Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence

• It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 years of age (Penalty exceeds $20,000). It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive alcohol.

The licensee is required to prominently display the number of this licence on the website.

ORDERS FOR LIQUOR 

Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery where age cannot be verified or where the recipient appears intoxicated.

Orders for the supply of liquor may be taken at any time on any day.

TRADING HOURS FOR CUSTOMER PICK UP FROM THE LICENSED PREMISES

Good Friday and Christmas day - Closed
Monday to Friday - between 9am and 5pm
Saturday - between 9am and 3pm
Sunday - between 10am and 2pm
ANZAC day - trading hours on ANZAC Day must not commence before 12 noon and must cease no later than the finishing times shown above.
