Return & Refunds
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However if for some reason your gift is damaged in transit, you can return it to Cremorne Street Hampers (if we are notified within 24 hours of the gift being received).
All items are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we endeavour to deliver your product in perfect condition, what happens when the goods are dispatched is out of our hands.
Should this happen, you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.
If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange for a damage delivery, you must email us email@example.com to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return and any supporting photos. Cremorne Street Hampers shall bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.
