SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
OUR DELIVERY PROMISE TO YOU
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver hampers quickly and efficiently. Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 1pm. We always endeavour to deliver your hampers as close to your preferred dispatch date as possible. If your order is not on your preferred dispatch date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.

MELBOURNE NEXT DAY DELIVERY
For Melbourne same day dispatch if your order is placed by 1pm we can dispatch with TNT couriers the same day on an overnight courier. If your order is placed after 1pm, your hamper will be dispatched the next day. This is provided that all information is correct and the recipient is available to receive the delivery. This promise applies to single hamper deliveries and does not include large corporate orders.
Metro – up to 2 days
Regional VIC – up to 5 business days
Metro – up to 3-6 days depending on lodgement and destination.
If you realise you have made a mistake with the recipients address please let is know ASAP. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the gift has not been dispatched we can update the address. If it has been dispatched, unfortunately the changes to addresses and parcels marked ‘return to sender’ may result in re-delivery fees.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery vehicles are not refrigerated so in warmer months, food and beverages (particularly chocolate), is at risk of being altered as a result of high temperatures. Although we will do our best to keep the contents inside resilient to heat Cremorne Street Hampers accepts no responsibility for chocolate or other item that has been altered under these circumstances.
During the last 3 weeks of December, our couriers experience an unprecedented volume of hamper deliveries. Please allow an extra day for delivery. We will endeavour to have your hampers delivered as close to your preferred delivery date as possible.
Please keep this in mind and order early to avoid any disappointment! If you are concerned about a delivery, please feel free to email email@example.com or call us on 03 94288341 to ascertain the status of your order during this festive season.
We are happy to deliver to hospital inpatients. Please keep in mind that patients are often discharged quickly and we may require a home address if the patient is leaving the hospital before your gift arrives. We may also require an alternative surname for maternity ward inpatients as they may be checked in under their maiden name.
DELIVERY OF GIFTS WITH ALCOHOL
Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. If re-delivery is required, there may be an additional re-delivery fee.
MULTIPLE DELIVERIES TO THE SAME ADDRESS
If you are order a few hampers for one address this can be done at checkout. If you are ordering multiple hampers please contact us for shipping cost.
REDELIVERY OF A GIFT
Please note that if our couriers need to redeliver the hamper due to recipient not being home on the delivery day or the incorrect delivery address and we are not able to leave at the door, a re-delivery fee will be charged. This cost is subject to delivery area. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However if for some reason your gift is damaged in transit, you can return it to Cremorne Street Hampers (if we are notified within 24 hours of the gift being received).
All items are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we endeavour to deliver your product in perfect condition, what happens when the goods are dispatched is out of our hands.
Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.
If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange for a damage delivery, you must email us firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return and any supporting photos. Cremorne Street Hampers shall bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.
